Not a good idea at all. It takes usually about 90 seconds to crack one of these and to "promote" a user's access.

Macintosh has Open Directory. Windows has Active Directory.
You can have the Directory Service manage the Accounts. Or the Accounts can be managed locally on the server rather than from within FileMaker Pro itself.
