I have a data base that I am keeping track of speeches each event creates a new record and I have it tied to a contact ID I just want a summary field listing all the talks this person gave with a comma between them......... I do not want to do a report layout just a calculation field listing the talks a person would be giving.

Thanks in advance..

Use the List() function to concatenate all the related speeches into a return-delimited list. Then use the Substitute() function to replace the returns with commas and spaces. Try this code:

Substitute( List( speeches::speech_name ) ; "¶" ; ", " )

Whenever I hear the term "popular culture" I reach for my Iridium Q-36 Space Modulator.
