You want a real laugh and more confusion check out some international sites for pricing of Filemaker. They have no coherent pricing scheme, and its been brought to my attention many times in the past, much to the frustration of my customers. One of my customers calls the rep in another country about their large pricing difference between US pricing and the local currency they quoted in and gets the response "well thats the pricing we have from them from about 2 years ago", so thats why our price is so much higher. From a purely international point of view Filemaker is quite unprofessional in its approach to marketing, support, and pricing. Not happy right now as I almost lost a customer recently due to this pricing inconsistency, and also their inability to support standard unicode for certain Asian languages that has existed since unicode was introduced now many years ago.
