I can't find a way to do this. I found a great example file with a complex script that I would like to recreate without doing it step by step. any ideas?

If your table occurrences are named the same and the fields are named the same first then you can import the script.  Also be sure layouts are re-named the same or just remember them and correct it.

You can also just print the prior script and manually change the newly imported script to match (correcting all the breaks as you go).  I've done it both ways.
Each assumption is an educated guess, a likely condition or event, presumed known and true in the absence of absolute certainty.

Assuming you have read the online help for copying and importing scripts, a couple things you might check for are that you have the right Access Privileges for the file, and / or the file is not a read-only file. Read-only can happen when a file is copied off of a flash drive, CD, or from a different platforms.
