I have a field called sCount which is a summary of the 'name' field. I would like to sort by sCount but I don't believe that I can because it is a summary field and it is greyed out in the sort dialogue box. I would like to sort my report by sCount descending because I would like to show the 'Name' with the most records first and so on in order to identify training priorities. Is there a way to do this?
PS I did find a work round. I created a loop script that would enter sCount for every record of my found set into a number field. I then sorted using this number field and used as sub-summary on my report. Is there a cleaner way though?
