Hi Michael,

I am also getting the above mentioned error message when I am opening DocuBin in FIleMaker 13 while it is working fine with FileMaker 12.

I am using DocuBin v1.0056 and DocuBin_Companion_Plugin v1.04.

Please let us know after fixing the issue.

Thanks

    • Installation issues
      By David Zakary
I'm trying to get DocuBin up and running on my development FMS14 machine.
I installed SuperContainer and it is running on the server in demo mode right now.
I uploaded the DocuBin files to the server machine. When I open the DocuBin file I get an error that the DocuBin Companion plugin isn't installed. It tries to install but is disabled in the FileMaker Pro Preferences. When It try to enable it in the Prefs I get an error. Installing apps from anywhere is enabled.
The Remote Scripter plugin is also not installed and isn't.
      Any suggestions?

Wondering what the status of SuperContainer and DocuBin are for use with FileMaker 14?
Been trying to get them configured on my dev FMS14 machine without a lot of luck yet.

    • DocuBin File Upload Issue
      By dinesh.panda
I am facing a problem while uploading a file to DocuBin from the Sample file which is available in the DocuBin downloaded folder.
When I am uploading a new file to DocuBin from Sample file, its showing an error message as "Parameter missing (*)" followed by another error message as "Error 958. Parameter missing (*)".
Here I have attached the screenshot of those error messages. It will be a great help if anyone of you suggest the way to fix this issue.

    • DocuBin and Citrix - error: java.lang.NullPointerException [SuperContainer]
      By benwachtel
We are in the process of testing DocuBin access via Citrix XenApp 6.

I'm running into a couple of issues and hoped someone might have some experience or insight, or perhaps just some tips on using DocuBin via Citrix. I have DocuBin set up as a published app and am accessing it via Citrix Online Plugin on a Mac running OS X 10.7. Also tested on a Mac running OS X 10.5.8.

Issue 1. When exporting a selection from DocuBin, I get the following error "java.lang.NullPointerException [superContainer]" when I try to save the selection to the root level of drive U:/, which is mapped to my local desktop. I do NOT get the error when I save to another folder on my desktop, e.g., U:/files/ .

I would like users to be able to save directly to drive U:/ -- their local desktop directory -- without having to create a new folder to save documents to.

Issue 2. When I try to upload a large file, the Citrix Online Plugin is quitting unexpectedly and when I log back in to the Citrix published app, it shows an error "insufficient data written [superContainer]. Perhaps the quitting unexpectedly is unrelated to the error -- i.e., the error is caused because the file transfer was interrupted because of the Citrix Online Plugin unexpectedly quitting.

      Any help would be appreciated.
