I see v14 ( mac ) now has Momentum Scrolling ( slight bounce when scroll has reached the top or bottom of the page ) which is a nice touch in some cases but not so nice in others. Can we control this?

You might be able to disable it within Accessibility controls but AFAIK it's a feature that's System wide on Yosemite and not something that you can disable within Filemaker.

I thought it might be a Yosemite thing, too, but this kb article suggests that it's implemented directly within FM.  (I like it, but could see where rivet or others may wish to optionally disable the effect.)

P.S.  Note, too, that popover and slide panel animations, previously restricted to Mac and iOS, are now implemented in Windows 8 as well.

Okay its officially make me crazy...  great feature for list views but fixed forms I'm getting sea sick.

https://vid.me/wl9s  — In this example its the portal that is being scrolled but note all the page momentum when portal reaches the top or bottom. Please help with this one and write a feature request to have control of Momentum Scrolling as a layout option http://www.filemaker.com/company/contact/feature_request.html   -- Thanks
