"... you mean these fans?"
We have a solution in a Printing company where everybody can access their email via my "print / email" script except for one guy. He get this error message when he choses "Email". When I ask him what happens when he clicks "Switch To" he tells me that he get a list of all different applications. My user has not clue nor do I. So I am not sure exactly what to say here. Can we help him ?? Is this an issue with their network and not for us as their solution developer ?? I would like to provide a solution here, if possible and if anybody could make some suggestions we could try with this user I would be grateful. Thank you. JerrySalem
I saw this once. I had the guy with the problem restart outlook and that took care of it. Also there is an issue in fm14 and external mail programs and 32/64 bit versions. I would check that out too.
"... you mean these fans?"
Jerry, The customer doesn't have 14. They have 13 but we host on a 14 server. Would the the recent update issue for the 14 servers have anything to do with it ? Thank you Tom
