RATONES Posted August 16, 2012 Share Posted August 16, 2012 Hi , i set up the network all using fmp 11 and from all fmp 11 . i have no problem opening the host file. bu i have one machine that i use fmp 9 and this machine i can not open the host file.' when i click open remote from fmp9 machine , it shows the host machine name but it doesn't show the avaiable file name. if i host a file from fmp 11 , from fmp 9 , i can not access to that host file ? mike Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

David Jondreau Posted August 16, 2012 Share Posted August 16, 2012 Could be one of three things... 1 - An SSL issue with the client 2 - Another issue I can't remember where you have modify the .pem file ( but that's only for Mac ) . 3 - Your hosted file is set to not allow access from previous versions of Filemaker.
