mac Installing server 12 needs bonjour in yosemite

Our company purchased a new mac mini to run as a dedicated fmserver. It came with Yosemite. Attempting to install stops after accepting the licensing agreement, displaying a warning about bonjour needing to be installed:

FileMaker Server requires Bonjour to be installed and running.

How do I install or modify Bonjour so the install continues?

The FM12 product line is not supported under Yosemite:

Downgrade to 10.9 or 10.8 or upgrade to FM13.
