deploying my first paid Go app

How do FM Go developers handle the whole e-commerce thing?  I've been hunting around the web for the past few days without success, looking for a detailed how-to guide for FM specifically.  Is the arena so competitive that, similar to writing a good book on poker, participants are reluctant to give up their secrets?  I'm starting to get that impression.

My standalone FM iOS app works locally after installing Go to iPhone/iPad.  With just one screen and one record, it works like a calculator with various buttons and a few popups.  It's almost as simple as a Hello World application.

Merely finding information about how to post it online for sale---someplace other than the App Store, which doesn't accept FM databases---is turning out to be a major chore.  If no full-fledged tutorial exists, maybe someone can offer a few helpful pointers?  (Already know all about web programming...it's just the money part I need guidance with.)
