  1. Thank you so much, Ryan. I am sending the logs right now.
  2. Hi. I have a client using PayFlow as the gateway. They're getting intermittent errors with the message: Number coming through with it is a -1. They will get that error, and then try running it through again with no changes and it will work fine. I have searched the PayFlow documentation and googled around and found no mention of this error or any clues as to what it may mean. I have told them to contact PayFlow to see if they have any logs on their end, but in my experience, PayFlow is not known for their outstanding support. If anyone has any similar experience that can shed some light
  3. First off, I love 360Works plug-ins and Scribe. We've had a very successful deployment that has saved us lots of time thanks to this great utility. All I'm missing now is the ability to downsize the size of the font that goes into some of the PDF form fields because of extremely verbose answers that wind up getting cut off when the form is printed. I've tried downsizing the type in the database and in the calculation that sets the field. I'm thinking this may be a function of the PDF form template, but I don't have Adobe Acrobat Writer. I'm on a Mac. Let me know if there's a way to do this out
  4. Update - Problem has returned with most up to date version of FTPeek, so it wasn't the old version.
  5. Update - I have also posted this to the FM Community, and someone suggested I check the plug-in versions. They were all up to date except FTPeek which was at 1.67 so I updated that one, and have tried to recreate the problem. So far, the problem has not come back, and the plug-ins are enabled so at this time, it looks like it may have been an issue with the older version of FTPeek.
  6. Hi. I had a really weird problem last night that was pervasive through all files I was working on, served, local, and even a new file I created to try to test the issue. It was totally crippling and driving me crazy. I had gone into a script and selected the Go to Layout command, but when I tried to select a layout, none appeared, even though there were plenty of layouts in the table. I dismissed it as a temporary glitch and tried a Set Field command, needing to set a field to a calculation, and again, found the system locked up in such a way as I had never seen before. It would not let me ent
  7. I haven't tried running it in Windows but upgraded to Sierra and didn't get it anymore.
  8. Hi. I've been using 360Works Email plug-in for years on both Mac and Windows with multiple clients, and just today I got an error upon trying to connect using login information that has worked for me for years - java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/crypto/spec/SecretKeySpec. I get this consistently using their demo, the sample Email client, and my own Filemaker files that previously worked. I'm using the latest version of Java on Yosemite 10.10.5 and the latest version of the 360Works Email plug-in. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before my clients upgrade to whatever incompatibility this
  9. I figured this out. My client had a paragraph break in a field that was used as a search arg. Once that was eliminated, the problem went away.
  10. One of my clients is getting an error message from the 360Works Web Assistant Plugin - "Connection Reset". Anybody familiar with this error message? I can't find a list of error messages on their site so I'm not sure what to make of it.
