  1. Hi, I couldn't find the answer in the forum or docs. During configuration I received the error: "FileMaker has a limit of 32,768 script steps. This script contains 37,359 steps, which is 13% too large... You may skip this step if you are using JDBC (instead of XML)." I've managed to reduce the number of tables being synced and bypass this error, although I would prefer to add a few tables back. I'm curious what "You may skip this step if your are using JDBC" means. I am using JDBC. What are my options for syncing more tables than restricted by the number of script steps in a single script? Thanks!
  2. FMPhost.com provides us with FMS and MirrorSync hosting. I have opened a ticket with them to request a MirrorSync upgrade from 3.1233 to 3.17. Thank you.
  3. We have iPads on slow/shaky internet. They regularly fail to sync and this is not entirely unexpected. We get the error message: Unexpected response from MirrorSync server: The message is blank after the colon as you can see in the attachment. I have instructed the users to "Report Bug" mainly so that you might get a log and be able to identify the actual cause of the failure for us. Please let me know if I can provide more info. Thanks!
  4. Thanks for the reply. It appears to have failed due to a lack of an active Internet connection. When I changed to another network, the install completed.
  5. I tried to install MirrorSync 3.17 today on a MacOS with 10.12.3 and FMS The installer is hanging at about 80% progress at "Running package scripts..." Is there an installer log file that I can examine? In addition I noted in the docs the restriction against multiple users sharing the same file on the same device: http://docs.360works.com/index.php/MirrorSync_advanced_topics#Can_I_share_a_device_among_multiple_users.3F I am wondering about the details of this restriction and is it possible for multiple users to share the same db file on the same device if there is no record filtering or record-level access features enabled?
  6. Just an update on this issue. I also determined some network issues affecting this server. Once the networking issues were resolved, so was this behavior of re-uploading the SafetyNet backup. -Caleb
  7. My SafetyNet backup script ran yesterday - on schedule. SafetyNet offsite backup also succeeded shortly after that. Since then, however, I have received 10 emails from plugins@360works.com with the subject "1 offsite backup(s) succeeded" when the files in the SafetyNet folder hasn't changed. In other words SafetyNet seems to be executing when the files in the SafetyNet folder haven't changed. Another curious fact is that the emails only reference 1 of the 6 files that are actually in that folder. I have rebooted the machine and the problem continues. Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard, FMS Any tips would be most appreciated. Thank you.
