  1. I find it odd that FileMaker is so intuitive yet hides access to the file name of the data source during importing. It looks like the only way I have found based on posts on the forum is to import the Data Source file as a reference into a container field. That is an extra step that shouldn't have to be done since FileMaker sees the Source file name during multiple points in the import process. Here are three dialogs where it's seen during import. There has to be a way to use the input file name with some kind of Get Function. Please help!
  2. I need some help importing a RSS 2.0 XML into FileMaker Pro Adv 10. I'm trying to modify a xslt file that came with FM. When I use this xslt it tries to map the parent Recipients and not the child Recipient. I'm stuck and could use a hand. Any thoughts on what to modify or add would be much appreciated? Here is the xlst: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <xsl:stylesheet xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform" version="1.0"> <!-- File: msdso_elem.xslt Transforms data in an ELEMENT based MSDSO grammar into the FMPXMLRESULT grammar, suitable for import. =============================================================== Copyright © 2002 FileMaker, Inc. 3. I need to be able to import the filename of the data file I'm importing into FMP. Is that possible?
