  1. Hi, I'm trying to get my mind around using layouts with WebDirect. See the pic below. The layout is relatively tight at around 750 pixels wide. https://www.evernote.com/shard/s2/sh/33a4adaf-8a19-4046-b35f-b2c77214510b/84064a9fc2cf6f65d01eb175c00d4cad However when viewed in WebDirect it really wants to go wide with it. I'm not sure how to constrain it to something more manageable: https://www.evernote.com/shard/s2/sh/80385469-2833-4c6d-89ac-a94da6d0f6ec/64e56cf9f922952410d8bd4f68570b20 Any suggestions? Thanks
  2. My goal was for the browser to be the primary client since 98% of them do not have FMP on their OS. Thanks
  3. Hi there, First post here. I have a question that I can't figure out. I am making a timeclock type database for the users at my office. I would like to only allow them to be able to record their "punched in" time when they are at the office, ie at a specific internal subnet. The FMS however is on a public facing server, and needs to remain so, for all the iPad and remote users in the field. I do not wish to restrict any other database based on IP, only the time clock database. What is my best recourse? Based on my research, I don't think it's possible to get the remote users IP address. I believe I'll need to do something with respect to DNS and something related to IIS, But I'm not sure what that is. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to accomplish this? Thanks, Joe
