  1. HI, the issue was related to a few hidden characters in the email field. Once removed it worked. This issue was solved with 360works support, thanks Ryan!

  3. Hello, I'm using CloudMail 2.04. In CMQueueMessage function I'm able to set a "from address" but not a "sender name". I'm trying to send a newsletter from "My Name (my email)", not only from "my email", is it possible? Thanks

  6. Hi, I've purchased a CloudMail license. I'm going to use it in an environment with 1 FileMaker Server v14 and 12 FileMaker Pro v14 clients. The database is already on the server, and the plugin is activated, but I'm not able to use CloudMail functions with a client that doesn't have the plugin installed. How can I register the license and use the database from a client? Thanks

  8. Hi Ryan, thanks for the quick reply! I've used CMRemoveFromBlackList, I'll let you know if I succeded! Looking at the "Unsubscribe" section of http://docs.360works.com/index.php/CloudMail , what you wrote in the previous post is not fully explained, but now I understand. After downloading the results with CMGetResultInfo, I don't get the unsubscribe record, how can I find out what are the unsubscribed email addresses in CloudMail? I'm using your Demo file. Thanks
  9. Hi everyone, I'm evaluating Cludmail, I've set up an AWS account and it's all working fine except for unsubscribe. For testing purpose I've follewed the unsubscribe link and filled the form to unsubscribe an email address. Now if I try to send a campaign to this email adress I don't receive any error massage and the mail is not delivered. If I remove the email address from AWS SES Suppression list the issue persist, while all the other emails works fine. Can you help me? Thanks in advance, regards
