  1. I had the same issue, and mapping a virtual site to scripts directory fixed it right up.
  2. I answered my own question about having the files open. But I'm not sure how to go about creating custom pages to display the data. I'm not even sure how to access the hosting DB's on the web. Could anyone point me in the right direction?
  3. I have a win2k server (#1) running FM server 5.5 and it's hosting the databases. I'm also running FM unlimited 6 WSC on another win2k server (#2) running IIS. FMWSC can see the hosted files IF I open them on #1 with FM unlimited 6 from the host button. If I don't open them FMWSC can't see them. Is this the way it's meant to work? Also how do I see the databases on the web? Any help would be great. Thanks F.
  4. I've installed the fmpro 6 web connector onto a test win2k advanced server and it can see the files I'm hosting from another desktop, but I can't get it to bring up a webpage of the hosted files. I've set the hosted files on port 591 and setup the web companion following the setup guide, but still no webpage from the IIS machine. The server is running a standard IIS setup with default port etc etc. I'm a novice FM user and any help would be great. Thanks. Flock.
  5. I have to wait for my manager to get back to me. But he indicated that the 125 files might not be enough. We are dealing with 1000's of employees. The servers should fine, everything would run under citrix on quad systems and storage is via a SAN.
  6. I have a few copies of both server 5.5 and 6 unlimited. Can I by using two or more servers have double the users and file limits? I ask because my work needs more than the 250 users and 125 file limit.
