  1. Thanks to both of you who replied to my Thread. To Espringer, I will check the some more in the forum and the link you gave me. I am new to this forum.Thanks. To Robert Kidd. You ask some some good questions. I will have to co-ordinate with the vendor to get you the best answers. You might be able to help. Thanks. Will give you the answers in a few ticks.
  2. If my question is not clear cut please let me know. It had around 20 viewers but no response. Her it is again. thanks Hi All, We have this Application called Adblocks which is written on filemaker pro. This application is serviced through a Citrix server for mutiple users. The problem is, lately Almost once a week we get this error. Could not pause file Calls.fp5 because of an outstanding database lock from guest -Unknown. Sometimes one of the user's name will be in place of Unknown. When this happens it freezes up the database and no one can use the application until we reboot the server. At times when this happens, files are damage that has to get recoverd. Does anyone have any idea what this is or what is causing it?. The Application Vendor Can't figure out why this is happening and so do we. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The app runs on a win2k server as well as the citrix servers. Thanks in advance.
