  1. I found my own answer. On the sharing tab there is a box you can check for FMP to not show the dbase. Actual text for the box is: "Don't display in Open Remote File dialog". Sorry for the unneeded post, Steve
  2. I have a verndor list database that is a list usered by other dbase applications. When users remotely connect to the server, this vendor database is not on the list of databases. It's hidden. I have two other databases that are just like the vendor list and should be hidden also. How do I hide them? (I have no idea how i got vendor list dbase hidden) Thank you in advance, Steve
