  1. Thanks very much. I see the problem. For some reason it does not work if the container field is is also the button.
  2. On the Insert File step. No worries. I have it working. Thanks again for you help.
  3. Thanks for your help. I ended up brute forcing it with a separate script for each image. I am getting too old to remember this stuff.
  4. Thanks comment. It's been a while since I have used FileMaker. I am trying to create a single script that I can use on 10 different container fields. I have given each container field an object name and I am telling the script to go to that object before the "Insert File" step. Unfortunately this is not working. It returns and error [3] Command is not available. Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong?
  5. Thanks. The part that I am having trouble with is what script step would prompt the user to select an image from their hard drive? I tried the Insert Image script step (I am not at my computer at the moment) but I think this forces me to select the image when I am defining the script instead of allowing the user to select the image when they execute the script.
  6. I have some elderly users that are challenged by doing a right-click on a container field to insert an image. How can I attach a button to the container field so whenever they click on it a dialog pops up that prompts them to select an image from their hard drive? The users are all on Macs.
  7. Our entire company was at a funeral on Friday and I was unable to call them. That is why I posted the issue to the official support forum. I needed a resolution before our company reopened on Monday. Now this issue will be a major disruption for us.
  8. Aren't they able to subscribe to their forum so they are notified whenever one of their customers posts a question? Taking that idea a bit further...the people that work on Zulu could subscribe to the Zulu sub-forum, etc. No need to sit here and click refresh.
  9. Thanks for the phone number. If contacting them via the telephone was convenient I would have already called them instead of trying to use their official support forum. It seems like expecting a response within 24 hours is not being unreasonable. About 50% of the questions posted here go unanswered for days...weeks...months. Also...if they solve a user's problem here it can help future users that are experiencing the same issue.
  10. Yes, my matter is urgent and I am using what they describe as the "Official 360 Works Product Support Forum" to seek an answer. As you can see the forum is full of many unanswered questions. If they are not going to respond to their paying customer's questions they should just shut this thing down and stop wasting their customer's time. 50% of the posts on the first page of this support section (10 of 20) have zero responses. Some of these dating back 6 months.
  11. I see many posts that go for days without anyone from 360 Works responding to them. Why waste your customer's time if you are going to ignore our questions?
  12. Why bother putting this forum up as the official 360 Works support forum if you are going to ignore the support posts that are made to it? I needed an answer to my question today so I could try and resolve this issue over the weekend while our company is down. Not on Monday when messing with our FileMaker server will disrupt our entire company. Not happy!
  13. We gave 4 other google calendars on the same server that appear to be syncing normally but one of them gives us this error: java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: com.prosc.sync.AbortException: Cannot format given Object as a Date
  14. Sorry, it was not intended to be a clickable link. It's just the error that Zulu returned...which is referencing a local URL.
