  1. I just upgraded to FMSA 11 and I'm having trouble connecting to my FedEx software now. Has anyone had any luck with this issue yet? Guess I'm going back down to 10 for now.
  2. To quote Michael Bolton, "I must've put a decimal point in the wrong place or something. S**t, I always do that. I always mess up some mundane detail." All is better. When I made my value list I left a space after each value before the carriage return. ******* mundane details. Thanks for turning on the lights Mr. Vodka!
  3. That's what I thought, but it isn't working for some reason. If I enter values when the field is set as just an edit box and then change it to checkboxes, no values are checked. But when the field is set to checkbox and I check a few values, the values show up when the field is changed back to an edit box.
  4. Can anyone tell me if it's possible to have a checkbox automatically check a value(s) based on a lookup?
  5. Yup. I updated everything. Well, I guess there's no problem then. : Time to buy more software!
  6. I was wondering if anyone knew if this problem has been fixed before I update my server. I'm running OS X 10.3.9 and FMS 8.02 Advanced on my xServe. I had problems with my ODBC connections when I upgraded to FMS 8.04 (check the link below). I'm just wondering if anyone knew if this problem was fixed in FMS 9. I really don't want to upgrade only to have to reinstall 8 if it doesn't work. Problem with FMS 8.04 Advanced & OS X 10.3.9
  7. I need to do it on the fly. Right now were inputting new customer information twice. Once in Filemaker and once in Ship Manager, so I like to cut it down to just Filemaker. I was playing around and I got the connection to semi-work. I can now connect and import info, but it imports 1000 addresses at a time. I think I'm going to have to make a "Pending Shipments" table instead of just connecting to my table that has all addresses stored. Oh, and the reason I was having trouble before was that I had a field set as text in Filemaker and FedEx wanted set as a Number field. :blond:
  8. I can only find people using UPS as the shipping provider. I'm trying to integrate Ship Manager so it pulls my shipping addresses from my FM database, but I'm running into some issues. ODBC services is working, but my Ship Manager doesn't want to play nicely with FM so I can map my fields. Anyone have any insight?
