<p>As part of our professional development program, the entire Skeleton Key (SK) and <a href="http://www.birghtsourceit.com">Brightsource IT</a> (BIT) staff are reading <i>Good to Great</i> by Jim Collins. I have been ruminating on one particular concept that Collins discusses towards the beginning of the book – it's called the <b>Stockdale Paradox</b>.</p>
