Locking a column in a layout

Newbies

Is there a way to lock a column in a layout? I have a layout that extends off the screen on the right and want to be able to lock two columns in place on the left side so they are visible as you scroll to the right.

Mobile v2 can do it. Can FM 5.5?

I already have the Header "locked" so I can scroll down the rows and have the column headers always visible.

There is not a feature like Freeze Panes in Excel. You can simulate the feature by using a series of layouts with buttons to go to next or previous layout. I have attached a sample file, it is real basic but you will get the idea.
