File in use and to open using remote command shows empty box

Hi,

Please check the error attached, which says that the file is open and it can be opened by the REMOTE command. The file is open by another user.

But on my computer the Remote command shows an empty box! And the only way to open any files is by going to RECENT files.

REMOTE command shows files normally for all other users.

Is there a setting I need to configure on my computer. Please help, thanks!
