I have a file that I have built on a mac and then was used on a PC. At first the print out was fine. Then all of a sudden the file started to print all over the place. Information was missing, lines of copy were over lapping, etc...

Try creating a new layout in the file and printing from there. The only other suggestion I would have would be to make sure each item on the layout it is set to print in the Sliding/Printing.
