Is the system going to be accessed over the web or through the FMP client?

Why use FMP 4? If it's outrageously successful, you'll be stuck because you won;t be able to sell it to anybody because 4 is not available any more. Yes it can be cnverted, but that's more work (and hard work at that, checking everything making sure all the scripts work etc).
