Upon install, I get an error 'Installation failed: The ProscTomcatDaemon could not be loaded with procrun"

When attempting to install MirrorSync on my Windows 10 Pro, I get the following error:

I'm had this very same problem while installing 360Works 360Deploy2 - replacing my Java installation with AdoptOpenJDK JRE 8 fixed it!
