The Support Group, Inc. is pleased to offer the FileMaker Professional Training Foundation Series. This exhilarating new program represents the first training series authorized by FileMaker, Inc. and promises to provide an outstanding new learning resource to the FileMaker Pro community. The Support Group co-developed this professional series with FileMaker and is one of only four companies worldwide that carry the FileMaker Authorized Trainer logo.

The professional series is comprised of numerous modules, each with a set curriculum. Topics for each module are at either core or elective levels, appealing to a wide variety of professionals. The core modules, such as "Introduction to FileMaker Pro" and "Relational Database Design", offer instruction specifically suited for users new to FileMaker Pro. Advanced developers and seasoned IT personnel will benefit from the advanced modules, covering best practices for topics such as ODBC, server administration, web deployment and network architecture.

"The Support Group is very excited about participating in this outstanding new training series" , says The Support Group founder and co-author of the training program, Rich Coulombre. "With our training center in Boston and our new facilities opening in Los Angeles and New York, we'll be uniquely positioned to offer cutting edge training to 3 of the nation's largest markets."

The Support Group, Inc. is proud to be the first to present the FileMaker Professional Training Foundation Series at the 2002 FileMaker Developer Conference in Palm Desert, California. This series, available only from FileMaker Authorized Trainers, is an invaluable resource for developers, IT professionals, and FileMaker users.
