Calender names, pulling more than 1 Calendar

I have different kinds of appointments; each has its own calendar.  I think gManipulator calls these folders.  It seems you can only pull 1 folder at a time, then the records are deleted to start fresh for the next pull.  I would like to (1) add a field to each records to hold the name of the calendar it came from and (2) pull more than just one calendar at a time.

Any ideas?
