Like other threads I am unable to open the Trial version of FMPerception. However, my system meets the requirements. MACOS Sierra 10.12.6

Just downloaded the installer so I would expect to be on day 1 of the 14 day trial license. Please Advise.

While reviewing the Geist helpdesk system, I saw that you had previously raised this issue with support.  Todd replied with a query regarding your machine ID, but it does not appear as if you responded.  Did you receive an email from Todd on February 4th?  If not, check your spam filter to see if it got lost there...
