[color:"purple"] Has anyone seen a product or template possibly called NavBar! ? I have seen it in a solution where it appears u set up colors and icons and such to be used in an application and it puts or uses those colors etc... in the interface. The interface is made up of a bunch of tabs across the top of the screen and they are all different colors. The final solution appears to be missing some files which i assume are used for development only. I'm not sure if someone just came up with this for their own personal use in development or if it is available from someones website.
