FM 18 on Win 10

When I launch FM Pro 18, it will only start as a background service on my Win 10 version 1909 PC. FM 14 starts fine, 16 will not, 17 OK, 18 will not... The versions that do not run do start as background service but no interface.

Hoping someone will have an answer for me.
