I have a checkbox in a portal and would like to omit the checked items from a search. I have a script for the search, just can't figure out how to omit the checked items.

Assuming that when you check the box, that "Omit This Record Checkbox" is set to "Yes" from a value list...

Enter Find Mode []

Set Fields... your other find criteria

New Record/Request/Page

Set Field[Omit This Record Checkbox, "Yes"]

Omit Record

Perform Find []

For this to work, the status area can be hidden but it must not be locked. Also, make sure the omit section is the last request in your find.
