502 error happening to one sync

Hi everyone!

We've been getting this error when trying to sync one person in particular. All other syncs for over 100 devices are ok.

Error from server: java.io.IOException: Server returned unexpected status code: 502 for URL. 502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server.

I've done the timeout test from 360Works and I get a successful message. Anything else I could be missing?

I appreciate the help!
