FileMaker Pro keyboard shortcuts not working correctly in Win10

I can't find a ready fix, but is there a setting in Windows 10I need to make so it FileMaker Pro's keyboard shortcuts work? For example, when I want to align fields on the right edges in FMP, the keyboard shortcut is Ctrl + Alt + Right, but when I enter that keystroke it rotates the image on-screen to the right. Other keyboard shortcuts work, e.g., Ctrl + L to go into Layout mode.
