Hi:

My environment:

Claris FM19 Pro

Mac - OS BigSur v11.2 + Safari v14.0.3

FM Cloud for AWS

360Works Email Plugin Enterprise license v3.3

What I have done:

In FM Cloud Admin Console

In Connectors/Plug-ins:

I've enabled:

FileMaker Script Engine Plug-ins

Install Plug-in File Script Step

Web Publishing Plug-ins

Install Plug-in File Script Step

FM Cloud Admin Console print screen

In FM19 Pro:

Run EmailClient.fmp12

Install license data (license Key + register to:)

I've upload it to FM Cloud.

I've checked boxes to allow Server Sharing and WebDirect to everyone in the hosted file.

Option FMCloud

I've run the hosted file.

I've inserted the plugin for FMCloud 360works_Email.fmx in a container field.

I've run a PSOS including an install plugin script step and the result is: untitled.txt can't be installed

Option WebDirect

I've inserted the plugin for FMCloud 360works_Email.fmx in a container field.

I've run a PSOS including an install plugin script step and the result is: Plugin can't be installed.

What I need:

Send e-mails with attachments from WebDirect.

Please help me.

I'm not seeing what I've done wrong.

Please help me.

Regards

PauloC

Hi,

I share,

Ryan DeMaeyer from 360Works Support gives me the solution:

I have attached a simple installer file that should install the Email plugin in web direct. Please host this file on your server and then access in web direct. Once you have the file open in web direct, click the button that says "Install Plugin" and see if the plugin is able to be installed. You can get the plugins that are installed in web direct and their status by clicking the "Show Installed Plugins". Please let me know what you see when trying this.

Please note that we do have a known issue for FM Cloud for AWS where only one of our plugins can be enabled at a time so if you have other 360Works plugins enabled in Web Direct, that is most likely the cause of the issue you are seeing.

Thanks to Ryan.
