Do the print setup the way you want and then do a manual print without using the script. Then open up the script editor and save the new print setup.

I always include the following scripts in my files:

Print Current Record Portrait

Print Browsed Records Portrait

Print Current Record Landscape

Print Broswed Records Landscape

Once you have done this once, you can just import these scripts into any new file you create. It also means that whenever you need to change anything, worst case is that you only have to change 4 scripts.

Is this possible in Windows ?

Can you give me the steps for for one of those scripts?

Thanks.

Russ:

It took me a day, but I finally figured out what you meant by having 4 scripts for each of the possible printing options.
