i have a database with 50 records. when I perform a find of .. say 26 records I only get one page of labels ie 21 records.

help... any suggestions?

Does the (print) preview mode also show one page?

You're going to have to do some work... go through the labels and determine which records appear to be left out. Then work out why.

One possible reason is that you have the wrong page size (or scaling option) selected in your page/print set-up.

This can result in FMP working on the basis of a longer page and formatting the lables for, say, 27 to a page instead of 21. But of course your printer can only print 21 of them, so would be dropping the last couple of rows.
