Working with an install of MS5 that's been running for a long time. We're using the link method to download a fresh clone copy of the database from the server. We've never had a problem with it, but a user is trying to set up a new iPad and we're getting this error after a minute or two of seeing "Download file is being generated..." in the browser:

Could not get sync join for hub node FileMaker Server s711794.fmphost.com/LayoutName

Copies that are already downloaded and installed are syncing with no issues. Additionally, this is not iPad specific. I'm getting the same error on two different iPads. And the server has been restarted.

Any thoughts?
