Help with disappearing records

Hi guys!

So we recently started using filemaker cloud for our database, since then we have had 2 incidents in which a record has disappeared from the database. The record hasn't been deleted, when we export the database to excel it doesn't show up as an empty record as deleted records normally show up. The record number jumps from one record to another, so for example record 474 disappeared and the records go 472,473,475,476 etc....

Can you guys help? We have no idea what's causing this and no clue on how to investigate.
