Although the cloud server is technically FileMaker Server 19 still, Claris has now locked users out of downloading the FileMaker 19 client for cloud users. So if you have users that must remain on macOS 11 for some reason, you are out of luck. Obviously, the FileMaker Pro 19 client is still supported and works with the FileMaker Server 19 in use with cloud, but that's now irrelevant. Disappointing policy decision made by Claris.
