We are getting this error on Windows computers

Unable to copy plug-in JAR from
C:\Users\sneadkr\AppData\Local\FileMaker\FileMaker Pro
Advanced\18.0\Extensions\360Works_ScriptMaster.fm to
C:\Users\sneadk\AppData\Local Temp\360Works_ScriptMaster_
461E.fmx: Invalid access to memory location.

Any ideas?
