I am currently running FileMaker Server with a hosting provider. About once a week, the database server seems to stop working. It may be a script or something, but I'm not sure just yet why this takes place. In the mean time, are there any recommendations for monitoring the status of the server? Similar to UptimeRobot? Thanks.

Hello Fred,

I have the same problem with FMS 20.3.1 and Windows Server 2022. The server closed the files a few times since I have installed this version a couple weeks ago. I have reinstalled FMS 20.3.1 from a fresh installation (without updating the previous version) and it did not noticed any change, the problem happened again. I have submitted the problem to Claris and it seemed that it was not observed before; they were not very helpful. I did not observed this problem with FMS 20.1.1. I finally have decided to reinstall FM 19.6.3 and it seems stable for now.
