Lamine Posted April 19 Posted April 19 Dear members, I began employing the 360 Works plug-in to streamline the transfer of email inquiries, converting them into text and funneling them straight into our primary FileMaker database. It's been a smooth operation so far. However, the persistent issue I'm facing involves the relentless influx of duplicate emails. Despite consulting the documentation and applying various filters, I haven't managed to halt this redundancy. My setup operates via WebDirect, which adds an extra layer of complexity to the automation process. My script is attached. Your help is much appreciated.
