ODBC import "Specified when script runs"

I installed FMS 19.6 on Ubuntu 20.04 server. ODBC is configured, and I can add a table from the ODBC data source to the relationship graph, so I think its working.  There is no FM pro client for Linux, so I have to open the solution from my computer remotely, and so I have replicated the ODBC DSN on my computer. When I manually import from the ODBC data source, the left side of the "specify order" dialog shows the fields, and I can connect them to the right side. But when I try to script this step, it does not show the fields on the left, but instead says ""Specified when script runs". Why is that, and what should I do to proceed? (see pic below).
