How can I produce a layout consisting of basic text and merged data, from which, when browsing I may then simply highlight, cut and paste data into a text file?

Did you ever find an answer to this question? As the old timer points out, there probably has been a previous post on this subject, but for a newbie, the question and answer might be relevant and useful. After a search, I did not find this duplicate post and would still like an answer. Maybe the sage could point a crooked finger to this duplicate post? Thanks!

This is one of the reasons that duplicate posts are so annoying. The threads diverge in different directions and waste a lot of contributors' time answering questions that have already been answered elsewhere.
