Free standalone FileMaker solutions

Not every FileMaker project needs to start with an empty file.

I’ve made four small, free solutions for everyday work:

• Checklist Lite — organize tasks and repeatable checklists.
• Loan Desk — keep track of equipment, who borrowed it and when it’s due back.
• Stockroom — track consumable supplies and stock movements.
• Contact Journal — keep conversation notes and follow-ups alongside your contacts.

These are standalone FileMaker files. You can open them in FileMaker Pro and explore the workflows without installing an add-on.

They also show how some of my Filesoft themes look in a working application. The full commercial themes are separate products.

FileMaker Pro is required. These solutions are intended for single-user desktop use on macOS; compatibility details and usage terms are listed on each product page.

The download is free, with name and email required to receive your link. There’s no automatic marketing subscription.
