DATAMATIC releases DataFilter 1.0

SMART Ranges + Ranges + Interface

Datamatic (www.datamaticsoftware.com) announced today the release of DataFilter 1.0, a new Filemaker plug-in with a versatile interface and a set of functions, which will provide you a light speed way to find subsets of data based on numbers or dates to visualize them dynamically on the screen or to create printed projects.

DataFilter achieves this through the creation of multi-keys under two different techniques: SMART ranges and sequential ranges.

DataFilter also provides a nice and configurable interface, which makes this plug-in a wonderful tool for developers.

Among its more important features are:

- No 64K limit when working with SMART ranges.

- Automatic memory management in sequential ranges, avoiding overflow error.

- Full control over the interface.

- Number SMART ranges up to 9 digits.

- Date SMART ranges for any date.

- Automatic 0 padding when working with SMART ranges.

- Automatic forward or backward range generation in sequential and SMART ranges.

- Singe & Dual calendar interface with several options controlled dynamically through your FM scripts.

- Prefix and suffix with any range function.

Any of these capabilities can be quickly configured through the DataFilter Studio, a Filemaker file provided with the plug-in to speed the creation of the plug-in parameters.

DataFilter is the first plug-in to implement the successful SMART ranges technique created by Mihail Endoshin.

This plug-in will be added to our line of Filemaker plug-ins like the popular PopCal 2.0, the calendar plug-in, and PopLog, our FREE plug-in, said Sergio Gongora, President of Datamatic.
