How can I make a gif become a hyperlink to a record in a database for example.

I want to layout a pictorial of arranged gifs denoting a computer lab setup. When the gif is clicked it would bring you to the the records of that computer(hardware address, ip number, problems and resolutions, etc.)

Then I would like to use iwp to allow the intranet to have access to those records when they are experiencing problems with a specific computer.

I do not know what to use in order to create a link to information from the gif

Probably cannot be done (easily or at all) with IWP. It sounds like a job for custom.
