I wouldn't be the first to conclude that it's half a product..

Indeed, the fact that the sort order of the fields showing, is the creation order, (I think) and not an alphabetical order, is a pity.

I noticed that in one case which I forgot, sorry, the referencing lay-outs are not reliable, and do not mention all lay-outs for a given occurence.

When choosing an item in the portal on the left, for instance a field, the portal resets itself to the start. The selected item disappears. You've got to scroll through the portal to find the selection again to choose the next item.

I wonder, is this a Filemaker shortcoming, or would there have been a way with some more intelligent scripting to keep the selection visible in the portal, or to retrieve the selection visible in the portal..
